Meeting Minute Template is above. Meeting minutes will be uploaded to the website. For copies of prior meeting minutes, refer to contact options above. The meeting minutes will be placed below. The agenda for all meetings will be the same. If a homeowner adds an agenda item, if any new business items are added for a future meeting, they will be placed on this website.
Property Owners who want to present an issue for the meeting agenda must submit the issue by emailing it to the Board one week before the scheduled Board Meeting.
